We offer a one year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship (under normal use) on our products. Any defect which is the result of faulty material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our discretion at no charge. When in our judgment, damage is caused by misuse or abuse or the guarantee period has expired, we will repair (if practical) at a reasonable charge. No other warranties, either expressed or implied, are offered. Under no circumstances will Stephenson Custom Case be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage(s) arising from the sale or use of its products. If damage is caused by common carrier abuse or airline mishandling, a claim must be made with that carrier.

Parts and case components are sold without any guarantee of suitability for your purposes. Purchasers are urged to test parts for suitability for any particular application. 

While we take great care to present information, descriptions, drawings, renderings, and dimensions as accurately as possible, unintentional errors are possible. In no case will Stephenson Custom Case be held liable in this regard. We reserve the right to make changes to dimensions, specifications and materials without notice.
